Let’s make some pesto today! Garlic mustard or Alliaria petiolata was introduced to America in 1868 by settlers. It’s caused a lot of harm to ecosystems but is an edible plant that makes a really good pesto! Be sure to wash it very good as it hangs out low to the ground and try to harvest off trail.
