❌Stop doing DB kickbacks! . ❗️ Do this INSTEAD! . ⚠️I get it, it makes sense, an exercise that gets the tricep contracted quite nicely. In theory sure, but let’s break it down. . 👉When doing kickbacks, the only tension you’re actually getting is probably in the last 5-10 %of the movement when you’re contracting the tricep. Y’all! Tricep kickbacks are an isolation muscle meaning you just isolate the tricep! It’s a very small movement with a big benefit if don’t correctly.
