Worked with the bag for my 20 minutes of HIIT.. no pun. I treat boxing cardio the way I treat most of my high intensity cardio sessions - 30 seconds of work followed by 30 sec of rest. The only difference is I ended with 90 seconds of work. A looot of throwing during the “on” intervals.
