How to make an omelette

The 12-Egg “Ironman” Breakfast Omelette Challenge hosted by Windhill Pancake Parlor, Inc. in McHenry, Illinois which was so delicious!! I had 1 hour to feast on three 4-egg omelettes, each filled with healthy vegetables (peppers, onions, and mushrooms) topped with cheese and a ladle of chili. There was a large “unhealthy” portion of #breakfast potatoes plus 2 buttermilk biscuits. I was trying to win my $25 #omelette meal free plus a sweet T-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame!! #foodchallenge #
