Considering martial arts is one of the only sports where you compete barefoot…I would argue that strong, stable & mobile ankles/feet are a must. In my opinion, if you’re not training your foot/ankle strength & mobility, you’re leaving a lot of athletic potential on the table! Here’s 4 exercises I use to help with that: 1️⃣ Squatted Seiza Reps (3 sets of 10 reps w/ 3s hold at the top of each rep) 2️⃣ Fisherman’s Calf Stretch (3 sets of 30s each side. Apply intervals of contract/relax) 3️⃣ Toe Cru
