Move the bacon off to the side and use that bacon grease to cook the Halteman Family Meats Pork Scrapple. ⁣⁣⁣⁣The key to the perfect Scrapple is a hard sear on each side. You build that nice crust and the inside should be nice and soft. To achieve this I like to slice the scrapple at least 1/4”
