What is the SI joint? The SI joint, Sacroiliac joint, is the link between your spine and pelvis. It connects the sacrum (the structure above your tailbone) to the ilium (that wing shaped bone above your hip that forms the pelvis) creating a joint. As with any joint in the body, sometimes SI joints can cause pain. These gentle exercises can help bring relief or even just support the joint. They are ones I use often for myself!
