Can your foot SUPINATE and PRONATE? 💡how your foot MOVES is more important than the SHAPE of your foot. I love this drill to experience this movement ❤️ Banded Mini squat 1️⃣ Set up * make sure you get LOTS of tension on the band -feet at 12 O’clock -lift spread reach -unlock your knees -stack your ribcage/pelvis -core ON 2️⃣ Supinate -press out into the band with your ankles as you LIFT your arch…supinate…wrinkle your yoga mat -Keep your big toe anchored DOWN ✨ engage your glutes ( it helps!)
