Korean BBQ short ribs may be one of my favorite bites! I used this simple marinade of soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, mirin, water, onion and Korean pear. After blending it all together I poured it over the ribs and let them marinate. I then cooked these ribs how and fast on the Traeger Ranger cast iron insert.
