Vegan Stuffed Shells: 2 cups raw cashews 1 package tofu, drained 1/3 cup nutritional yeast the juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup oat milk salt & pepper to taste 2-3 cups spinach Pop everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
