This rubber band exercise gets our forearm extensors firing up to help counterbalance all the flexion/grip work we encounter on the daily (mousing, scrolling, hammering, barbelling- are these things verbs? Not really? Okay, hopefully you get the drift) Hair tie you find laying around or rubber band will work just fine- aim to spread the fingers as far as possible and try to keep the elbow supported (not like me midair)
