Many people like Shady Maple, but I’ll pass. The food is hit or miss, and it’s overrated in my opinion. This BI story was interesting, though. It’s good that they were able to keep the business afloat post pandemic.

2021年4月29日 · Shady Maple Smorgasbord: Lancaster, PA. It's the largest Amish buffet in the country. It's all so good and seems to have everything you would ever need and every pie the Amish make. Sinhá: Chicago, IL. An extravagant Brazilian buffet made by one woman (Sinhá) in what felt like a residential house. It was very very cool and unusal experience.

2019年10月9日 · Shady Maple is a pretty amazing place. There was a behind the scenes look on an episode of 'Keystone Cuisine" on PCN and it was eye opening. The number of meals they serve and the amount of food that they make from scratch was mind-boggling.

2023年2月13日 · Shady Maple Smorgasbord in East Earl, out in Amish country! It gets crazy crowded, but it’s a huge buffet. Each night is a different menu, including steak night, seafood, prime rib and they do breakfasts on Saturday. If you go on your birthday it’s free!
