When you run Forscan on your computer click the ‘about’ icon on the lower left that looks like a steering wheel with a question mark. This is where you’ll enter the license key that Forscan will email you. The key will be a file that you download.

1) Make sure you have latest version of FORScan for Windows installed (2.3.52 or more new). 2) Run FORScan and go to the About section (last item in the main menu). 3) Press "Enter Activation Code" button. 4) In the dialog opened please enter the activation code you received in email.
