I've had wonderful experiences with Costco bulk ordering. - I ordered a bulk package of white florists choice arrangements for my rehearsal dinner. Had them arrive about 2 days before the dinner and kept them refrigerated (luckily my parents had a spare fridge in the basement) and in buckets until the morning of my RD.

About a year before my wedding I went to the local Costco and asked at the customer service desk who the local florist was that arranged the flowers for the in-store kiosk.
