Unfortunately ABC doesn't come on any streaming apps like NBC (peacock) or CBS (Paramount). You're only recourse would be antenna (if you get reception for your local ABC station) or use someone's cable credentials to unlock the live portion of the ABC app.

thetvapp.to clearly seems to be the current king of live TV streaming. The sites I use to stream NFL games are inconsistent with buffering issues, and sometimes takes 10-20 clicks on my TV to get the game to play and to get full screen (Stream East). Live on abc is the only way to watch rocking new years eve. Paramount+ has the Nashville new years bash. Max has the CNN live from times square new years eve show.
