Thank you for your quick reply. I now have a September 23 tech visit as of this early am. I did not know of the lack of solar power.

In my tesla app, I have (2) separate pictures of my house, just like @aesculus is describing. One of them shows my solar, on the house, and the powerwalls, and has the power flows.

If you happen to have a device that displays AC frequency (like a some UPSes or a Kill-A-Watt) you can try to see what is happening when you are off grid.
