For me I removed all printers and so far so good. Will try adding a printer back in again when I need it. I am suspicious of the windows update as I hear there have been other printer issues.

2022年1月25日 · I have deleted the HP printer driver completely and all leftover registeries then install the basic driver and I am still unable to toggle it off. I can toggle it on and off on my WIN 10 PC with no issue but I can not do that on other computers. You knew it is not easy to replicate the issue on other computers.
