2020年12月3日 · Razer's ARGB controller supports 80 LEDs per channel while NZXT Hue 2 caps out at 60 (largest Hue 2 accessory is the 10 LED strip AFAIK, and you can chain up to 6 accessories per channel). Both support auto-detection of LED count, but NZXT has the edge with its proprietary strips as it can detect individual fans/strips.

2021年12月8日 · Yep, I have the RGB controller, and whatever you connect it will show as a strip or fan depending on what you select. I have made some mod adapters to even use 12V RGB fans to work with the 5V ARGB and everything works perfectly, as long as the connection is right, the Razer controller will send the signal.

2021年1月22日 · To me then, this is a good controller if you like Synapse. Good number of ports and just works as part of the Razer ecosystem. They may have quality issues in construction if mine is anything to measure by, or I just got a bad one. Still, it works once you make the connections connect. I wish it didn't need Synapse running though.

The desk for work is a sit/stand desk and even though its for work I wanted to add RGB to it without adding Synapse to my work computer.

2022年6月17日 · Try connecting the controller to a USB port in the back instead (with a USB-A to microUSB cable instead of the header USB to microUSB cable that's included). The ports on the controller are fine man. The three prongs are Data, 5V and ground.
