2020年11月11日 · Any window I open appears on both monitors and the mouse cursor appears and moves the same on both screens. Its as if the computer perceives both monitors as being one monitor. In display settings when I click detect it says it cannot detect another monitor. In advanced settings in only lists one display "Display 1: KA272."

Once the HDMI cable from the second monitor is connected to the laptop simultaneously, the first monitor with VGA connection will go black with "D-SUB NO SIGNAL".
