my dishwasher isn't draining. I checked the drain hose and it's clear enough that I could blow air through it. I removed the drain pump, model #W10158351B I measured the resistance between the two connector pins: ~24ohms. I connected the two leads to a 120VAC supply. The impeller would turn maybe 2-3 degrees and stop, with the motor making a hum.

2021年3月9日 · I have an 8 year old he dishwasher(GSD4060D35SS). It developed a problem where it wouldn’t drain at the end of the cycle. I replaced the pump and solenoid after discovering some physical damage to the impeller of the pump. The dishwasher drained without issue once.

I then poured some water into the bottom of the dishwasher to see if it would drain and started another cycle. This time, it did fill with additional water, but I'm back to the original problem. 2022年1月2日 · OP here. Turns out this model of dishwasher uses a single water level sensor for several functions, including the tub water level, and the drain pan below the machine. In the drain pan is a dodgy looking foam float, that pushes a red rod into the tub water sensor. Thus, when the drain pan gets wet, the dishwasher starts pumping out.

I am installing a new Bosch dishwasher and have run into a conundrum hooking up the drain. The parameters are the following: The dishwasher drain hose has a rubber bit on the end marked 1/2" and 3/4". It steps directly from 3/4" to 1/2" without an intermediate 5/8" level.

2017年4月17日 · When my dishwasher runs the kitchen sink backs up. I have a two tub sink and only the side nearest the dishwasher with the garbage disposer backs up. Running the disposal for a few seconds causes the sink to drain. I'm not sure what to look at to address this problem. It doesn't strike me as a clog because if it was the sink would drain poorly.
