So, i found these new Ratio keto friendly yogurts at walmart. They have 4 flavors at my store, Black cherry, strawberry, coconut and vanilla. They have 15g protein and fat, 2g total carbs and 1g sugar.

Previously I stopped using keto chow in part because I couldn’t tolerate the butter. (HWC is better but I gotta watch carbs) And so I’m wondering if anyone has tried any Keto Chow concoctions with yogurt. Unfortunately, locally I can only find non-fat (and relatively high carbs) yogurt! Why do they go out of their way to make yogurt unhealthy!?
