2014年3月2日 · When I squat, I usually use Kobe basketball shoes. Today I used a pair of running shoes and tried squatting and I found it easier to squat deeper because of the slightly raised heel probably. My usual squat shoes are flat. Should I use the running shoes or the basketball shoes from now on?? I like squatting as low as I can.

2005年3月9日 · Lets make a list of the best songs for cardio for all the DDR freaks out here. I think the songs should be more cardio challenging then a technical challenge. In other words songs with high voltage and streams. No freeze arrows and little air (double steps). Home pads aren't that great at registring when you step on 2 arrows at the same time.

2005年4月14日 · Okay what is the best pre-workout snack? Is there a difference in how I should snack prior to cardio than what I should eat before I lift? Also how much time do I allow between eating then working out. Right now I usually drink one scoop of isopure with 6 oz. of water a half hour before, or maybe vegtables and chicken an hour before.
