2010年4月5日 · I have a wagner sprayer, paid about 300 about 10 years ago. It has served me well, even for fixing the mistakes of the painters $3000 unit. I'm now doing more volume and find that it can't keep up for latex and doing entire houses. I find it works best for cabinets, polyurethanes, and small additions. Makes sure you use the right size spray tip.

2013年3月30日 · Used an Asturo AOM pressure feed HVLP gun and 2 quart cup. Thinned it just a bit with water used a 1.7 tip and got great results. I find spraying cabinets with airless to be difficult. A Pressue feed HVLP can lay it on heavy on the flats when you need it, or you can dial it back to a very fine spray if needed for the detail areas.

2007年2月28日 · how about some advice on spraying trim. i used a 214 and a 314, both fine finish graco tips with the green guards. i sprayed and moved at a good speed, but some places looked a little heavy but had no runs at all. not bad for a first time sprayer. been brushing and rolling for 22yrs and spraying is new to me.

2012年7月30日 · good to know about shellac primer being optimal for MDF. i primed some MDF moldings with Benjamin Moore Freshstart (latex), and they were still gummy from the primer for a week (to be fair it was a damp/rainy week). it wasn't until i painted them with the 2 or 3 final coats that the MDF had a smooth, non-sticky finish... i'm losing faith in MDF due to this experience

The problem is it doesn't feel smooth, more like 2000 grit sandpaper or like a flat. Like over spray. Here's the technique used. Acrylic latex satin. First time.

2020年12月22日 · I'm using the Homeright Super Finish Max hvlp sprayer on newly built cabinet doors and I'm getting these spots in my finish. This is the 3rd coat after 2 coats of primer, lightly sanded after each coat. I made sure that the sprayer was clean, strained the paint and thinned it with water. Any idea what can be causing this?
