About Us - The Slotted Spoon
With Eric’s (my better half) encouragement, we opened The Slotted Spoon at the end of 2018. With the help of my sister Courtney (my cooking companion) and support of our giant and loving family, we have dedicated ourselves to preparing fresh and hearty meals from scratch for our friends, family and community.
