Case in point, Balsam Hill trees which are closer to $1500. The Costco pre-lit micro LED 9ft tree ($529.99) seems decent, on paper has a high light and tip count, but in person while it looked fine, it also wasn’t anything to write home about per se. Granted, I havent compared back to back with other trees, but curious if anyone else has.

It’s the prettiest tree I’ve ever had because it’s pre-lit. The placement of the lights is so exact. Each branch is wrapped with lights. I never could have achieved this on my own. I haven’t had any problems, so I can’t comment on Balsam Hills Customer Service. But I love my tree.

2023年12月17日 · After 2 and a half days of trying to get the section of my BH tree to light again, I went to Target and spent $30 on new LED light strands, cut all the old ones off and just rewrapped the tree. I’ll never buy another BH pre-lit tree.

2023年12月16日 · We just put up our new 7.5’ Balsam Hill Fir tree and I am not sure if this normal or a quality control issue. The tree is leaning very dramatically, it looks worse in person than in the photo. I checked the floor with a level and it is actually leaning against the slope of the floor! The tree sections also spin freely when assembled.

Balsam Hill Twinkly light tree. The ones with Twinkly lights last something like 30k hours. I did the math and if you light it up 8 hours a day for 2 months a year you are looking at something like 60 years. Plus you can do many light variations with it.
