2010年1月24日 · Recent hand swelling in the morning that takes an hour or 2 to resolve. It was worse when I was taking magnesium. My theory is that blood pools in the feet and ankles during the day when upright and returns to circulation during the night when supine hence fluid redistribution during the night and places we notice swelling are the face and hands.

2006年5月4日 · Don't like wearing them much but I've found if I wear them a couple days in a row I can occasionally skip a day without noticing much increase in swelling. I'm not sure what causes my ankle swelling but I'm thinking a big part of it could be the high salt diet. I don't have much of a choice on that one though. good luck! Brye

The skin feels tight and when I walk, my legs will ache a bit more when my foot hits the ground and the motion forces more blood into my legs. If I pat the skin, it will ache too. My feet swell.

But during sleep, my hands and feet get hot and red. They also get hot and red with any type of activity, like walking, and I've even been diagnosed with erythromelalgia because they burn painfully.
