Farmington man and hockey dad, Jake Kasel, has returned home after falling on ice in his backyard rink, causing him to fall into a coma.

Iowa and children's rights advocates have reached a preliminary agreement in a class-action lawsuit filed against state officials. A judge is expected to issue a final approval in May.
