科技日报北京2月20日电 （记者张梦然）一名患有神经母细胞瘤的儿童在接受嵌合抗原受体（CAR-T）细胞疗法后，在不需要其他任何治疗的情况下，其症状缓解已超过18年。研究论文发表于18日的《自然·医学》杂志。科学家表示，这或许是迄今接受CAR-T细胞疗法的癌症患者中缓解期最长的。研究结果基于对一项Ⅰ期临床试验的随访，该试验测试了一种工程改造的CAR-T细胞疗法在神经母细胞瘤患儿中的效果。

本报上海2月21日电（中青报·中青网记者 王烨捷）记者从上海海关获悉，今天一袋淋巴瘤患者的血液单采物自香港国际机场发出，于10时飞抵上海浦东国际机场，经上海科创中心海关查验后第一时间送往复星凯瑞浦东新区细胞工厂。这袋血液中的免疫细胞，将被作为原材料，制备成具有靶向战斗力的CAR-T细胞最终产品阿基仑赛注射液，随后再返回香港，回输患者体内。
