科技日报北京2月20日电 （记者张梦然）一名患有神经母细胞瘤的儿童在接受嵌合抗原受体（CAR-T）细胞疗法后，在不需要其他任何治疗的情况下，其症状缓解已超过18年。研究论文发表于18日的《自然·医学》杂志。科学家表示，这或许是迄今接受CAR-T细胞疗法的癌症患者中缓解期最长的。研究结果基于对一项Ⅰ期临床试验的随访，该试验测试了一种工程改造的CAR-T细胞疗法在神经母细胞瘤患儿中的效果。
