ABC's '9-1-1' series sets spinoff in Nashville
Nashville is the setting for ABC ’s next spinoff. “9-1-1: Nashville” will premiere in the 2025-26 season, according to Deadline. The television show will be the second spinoff of first-responder series “9-1-1,” which is set in Los Angeles. The first spinoff, “9-1-1 Lone Star,” was recently canceled after its fifth season.
‘9-1-1: Nashville’ Ordered to Series at ABC
“9-1-1” was created by Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear and premiered on Fox in 2018 before moving to ABC for its seventh season in 2024. Currently on its eighth season, the series is set in Los Angeles and stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ryan Guzman, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi and Gavin McHugh.
