Taggers have been flocking to downtown Los Angeles from far and wide to leave their mark on the vacant skyscrapers. The image shows aa head-spinning view of the traffic below the towering skyscraper.

According to The Skyscraper Center, the next-tallest completed residential building is Manhattan's 432 Park Avenue at 1,397 feet, which Central Park Tower surpassed in height earlier this year.
