The Metro Richmond Zoo has launched the Poppy Cam, a new livestream of its baby pygmy hippo Poppy and her mother, Iris.

The Metro Richmond Zoo announced Monday that Poppy Cam, showing an overhead view of the zoo's indoor hippo pool, will be live daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At night, they leave the water to feed on land. For more information about the pygmy hippos and to view the live cam, visit the zoo’s website.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can watch the baby internet sensation play in her pool with her mom at the Metro Richmond Zoo.
