Plans lodged with Brisbane City Council this week promise to breathe new life into the former Pinkenba State School site, where vandalised buildings are currently boarded up and fenced off.

The Museum of Brisbane is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except Good Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
