Most four-wheeled robots would probably be stopped in their tracks by a high vertical obstacle like a wall, but that’s not the case for a recent Disney creation that can drive vertically up a wall.
Disney is working on modular, intelligent robot limbs that snap into place with magnets. The intelligence comes from a reasonable sized neural network that also incorporates some modularity.
