Is it still possible to go for a morning run at the stadium? I’ve read online this is something but cannot see anything recent so unsure if this has stopped?

There is also a tourist information center in Athens which does have a website with a contact form that you can use to ask questions.
How long would it be to do a quick visit? I have arthritis so don't want a long walk and it will be hot when we go in August.

I suppose it’s worth the €5 to walk through the stadium but if walking is a hardship don’t bother. The “museum” is fun ... a collection of the modern Olympic era torches and posters.
