You have a few options: 1) My recommendation, if it is your first time, plan to go with a guide from the area. Also, it is best especially if you are hiking alone. 2) You have options - a local company can plan and organize everything for you 3) A full hike is based on your fitness level and the number of days you plan to tour or for a half day hike, you will need to take a 4wd ride up into the mountains. 4) For accommodation, you may camp out or make arrangements prior to going. Tropical Video Tours does a good job and the price is so affordable, they have a website, you can check them out. Hope the information helped. Bye.
