COVID-19 Notice: During these unprecedented times, we wanted you to know with certainty that if your home residence is under lockdown preventing you from traveling to Dewey Beach or if Dewey Beach is on lockdown that all of your money received by the owner will be refunded in full. We ask that you stay in communication with us as your vacation date approaches so that we can achieve our goal of you having a great vacation. We are trying our best to stay up to date on the status of coronavirus mitigation restrictions. It is possible that some restrictions will still be in place during your visit such as limited occupancy at restaurants or social distancing on the beach. We believe the sun, surf and sand will still be fun and relaxing for your family. Thanks for your understanding and stay safe. This is a unique beach house and a great location,(Ocean side of Route 1 and approx. 250 feet from the beach). The home is laid back with three levels for you and your family to spread out and enjoy beach living.
