I used them (May 2019) for a transfer from Vic Falls Airport to Kasane. They were extremely helpful at the Botswana border. Technically, you are met by a different WH agent on the Botswana side and they take you to Kasane. The transfers cannot cross the border, so they hand you off to their colleagues.
I have limited time and I was wondering if it is possible to fly into LVI airport, get a transfer to see and tour the falls, a transfer to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and stay one night and then get a transfer to the airport and fly out? Or fly into the airport, transfer to the hotel and stay one night, get up and do an early morning tour of the falls and then transfer to the airport to fly out? I only have one night and I was trying to see if it is possible to see the falls. Thank you! I would love to book something if this is possible!

We landed at Vic Falls airport in Zimbabwe and took a transfer to our hotel which was very simple and easy. You can arrange transport ahead of time with them. We toured the falls in the morning right when it opened at 6am and had the place to ourselves. Not so hot either. Highly recommend doing it that way. We went back to our hotel , had breakfast and checked out and flew to Botswana. Should be easy to do. The falls you need about one hour and a half max.
My friend and I will be at Bayern Lodge in Victoria Falls Feb 25-Mar 1. Is there a tour from there to the Elephant Sanctuary? My friend wants to do an elephant back ride, but it appears this is not possible now. I am interested in visiting the sanctuary though, if it is worthwhile. I do not like to see “wild” animals exploited so the sanctuary visit is more enticing than trying to find another elephant back ride safari. Any thoughts?

I don’t support wild animals in captivity either so did not visit the sanctuary, however you will need to book the tour online and wild horizon will pick you up- I suggest that you contact them via email before you book to confirm as I don’t know the hotel you are staying at. I am not aware of any other venue for elephant rides- but email them.
I would like to visit Vic falls in summer.I want to do the half day adrenaline activities but I want another second activity. However I can't choose between White water rafting and Chobe day trip. What would you recommend? I would like an activity that gives best experience and is value for money.

Hi we did both. If I had to choose between them I would probably opt for the Chobe day trip - but you need to e a little bit lucky with your guide and be sure to check that you will be out on the river until sunset. If the Chobe River is daytime/afternoon then it is very busy - a bit like Piccadilly Circus. If that is the case then opt for the rafting. Enjoy!
