I will be driving into Arches Nat Park probably in the morning of 1 September. We are not game for any major hike but only when necessary to visit "must see" attractions. What is the best or recommended driving route to take within the park to cover the important sites if we start early in the morning and allow 4 hours (and/or whole day) at the park?

I'd stop at Park Ave view point, then wander around Balanced Rovk and head onto Windows and Double Arch. Next down to Devil's Garden for stroll to Landscape via Tunnel and Pine Tree. Head back but detour to Delicate Arch taking the easy route. It's amazing - have a great trip!
Aside from the visitor center and bathrooms, there are no facilities in Arches. Gas, groceries, lodging and other amenities are available in Moab. Read more about...
