Has anyone done the giraffe feed? How was it? How long do you get?

I haven’t done this yet but would love to. I also haven’t been around at the time to see how long people get. I’m sure if you contact the zoo they would be able to tell you though.
It is possible to buy tickets onsite but I believe there's a 10% discount on e-tickets bought online in advance. Also, it could save time queuing when you get there.
